Very good news Or Bad News - As well as the Difference Is?

Ever endured someone provide you with not so good news? What about very good news? What are the differences or is there an improvement?

Great news - stuff or information that creates us happy, content, reassured, secure and validated.

Not so great news - the alternative.

So, it appears that there's a contrast between good and bad news - please read on.

Have you ever gotten not so great news but in the end things proved well or much better than you anticipated? Have you received good news well as over time everything you thought was great news turned into not good?

From personal experience We can tell you which i have noticed all 4 -

Very good news that has been good.

Bad news that's bad.

Nice thing about it i thought was good but ended up being bad.

Bad news that we thought was bad and became good.

Confused yet? Well I understand that time I was often confused about the gap between these two apparent opposite messages. But then I discovered that sometimes bad news for just one person may be viewed as very good news for someone else understanding that great news to at least one person over time might be considered bad.

Confused? Let me explain.

In the end it is simply news along with what makes it good or bad as well as neutral isn't the news itself but how we perceive it, judge it, evaluate it or react for doing it.

How do someone perceive not so good news nearly as good you could possibly ask? Or the opposite, how could someone perceive great news as bad?

In short - everyone has a unique history, experiences, beliefs and values and for that reason no one ever begin to see the same thing or circumstance just as.

Someone who is often a worrier, negative, pessimistic or impatient might see a delay as bad when somebody else who understands the concept of you will find things we can control and there are things we can not control why get all upset about something can't control or you can control it get busy.

In the long run precisely what happens - just happens along with what perform is interpret it all depending on our expectations, goals, needs or mindsets and all of they are unique for each and every of us.

Allow me to provide you with a couple of personal examples. Of course, if you may look at the explanation even if you might not have had the identical circumstances, as it were think it over I will be it is possible to relate.

Just before staring my speaking and training career I became a national sales manager on an international organization. Long story however the short side is I needed a concern with my boss, obama and for that reason he fired me. Bad news, right? Well which was all I wanted to choose arrived to start out a career containing lasted over 4 decades and possesses allowed me to determine the entire world (25 countries thus far) and work with some tremendous clients and audiences. So in the long run this not so great was actually great news.

Here's another quick one.

Years ago I proposed to my spouse and he or she agreed. Great news right? (No judgments here please). Approximately time after doing my best for over fifteen years I made a decision it had become time for it to end it and why? Well, devoid of the gruesome details, the connection was gradually eroding my self-esteem, confidence and optimistic mindset i decided that we didn't like who I became becoming for the reason that relationship. We parted, amicably - but we parted. Good news as I been able - as time passes - to regain all I'd lost - emotionally and spiritually.

Everybody has their stories and we all can cause lists of excellent news and not so great news we have received but also in the conclusion it's all just news.

During several of my corporate programs I share this simple concept - stop asking the workers for good news or not so great news - just request the news then you choose which it is. His or her definition may be very different than yours.

And the other way round - as a possible executive or manager don't broadcast - We've the right or not so great - just tell your employees you've got some news and let every one of them interpret it they think fit depending on their personal viewpoints, attitudes, mindsets, experience, expectations and how it will impact them personally.
